Krafon Best Practices

Krafon is powerful out of the box, but a handful of habits separate a feed that's merely consistent from one that grows. Here are the practices that matter most, grouped by theme. Each tip is a quick why, a how, and a link to go deeper.

Train your Brand Brain well

Why: Brand Brain is what makes AI output sound like you. Vague inputs produce generic posts; specific, complete inputs produce posts you barely need to edit.

How: Fill in every field with real detail — your audience, products, tone, phrases you love, and words to avoid. Add example posts. Revisit it whenever your offering or voice shifts.

This is the highest-leverage thing you can do

Improving Brand Brain improves every future generation at once.

Stay consistent with Queues

Why: Consistency beats intensity on social. Queues let you define your posting cadence once instead of choosing a time for every post.

How: Set up a Queue with your ideal posting times per platform, then drop drafts in. The Queue fills slots in order, keeping you steady even on busy weeks.

See Queues.

Post at the right time

Why: The same post can perform very differently depending on when it goes out.

How: When scheduling, use Smart Best Time in the Scheduler to place posts in slots your audience is most active, rather than guessing.

See Scheduler.

Reply fast in the Inbox

Why: Speed of response shapes how audiences and the algorithm treat your account. Early replies on a post drive more reach.

How: Check the unified Inbox daily and reply to comments and messages across all platforms from one place.

Review Analytics weekly

Why: You can't improve what you don't measure, and monthly is too slow to react.

How: Spend ten minutes each week in Analytics. Find your top posts, note what they have in common, and double down on those formats and themes.

Copy your winners

When a post overperforms, make two more like it. Repeating what works is the simplest growth lever there is.

Use Tags and the Media Library to stay organized

Why: As your library grows, organization is the difference between a smooth content day and a frustrating one.

How: Tag every post by theme so you can balance your mix and filter fast, and keep visuals grouped in the Media Library so they're ready to attach.

See Tags and Media Library.

Always review AI drafts before approving

Why: AI gives you a strong starting point, not a finished product. A quick human pass catches anything off-brand or inaccurate — and you approve every post anyway.

How: Skim each draft for tone and accuracy, polish in Content Studio, then approve. For teams, route everything through the Approval Queue.

See Content Studio and the Team Approval Workflow.

Use Autopilot and Trend Radar to never run dry

Why: The hardest part of consistency is the days you have nothing to post. These two features make sure that never happens.

How: Let Autopilot keep your Queues topped up with on-brand drafts in the background, and check Trend Radar regularly to ride timely topics in your niche.
