Getting Started
What is Krafon and who is it for?
Krafon is the AI co-pilot for creators — an AI social media management app. It helps you create posts with AI, discover trends, schedule a month of content, engage through a unified inbox, and track analytics, all in one place. It's built for creators, solo marketers, small teams, and agencies who want to do more across social without a big team.
Which platforms can I connect?
You can connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads. Krafon works exclusively through official platform APIs and is a Meta Verified Tech Provider.
Instagram must be a professional (Business or Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page. See Common Errors if you have trouble connecting.
Is there a mobile app?
Today, Krafon is a responsive web app — it works well in your phone's browser, so you can manage content on the go. Native mobile apps are on our roadmap but aren't available yet.
Plans & Billing
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Yes to both. Krafon has a Free forever plan (1 profile, 10 AI posts/month, 1 user). Paid plans also come with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. See Billing & Plans for full details.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my scheduled posts?
You can cancel anytime from billing. Your scheduled posts stay live until the end of your current billing period, after which your workspace drops to the Free plan and its limits apply. See Billing & Plans.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Krafon isn't right for you, reach out within 14 days for a refund.
How many posts can AI generate?
It depends on your plan: 10/month on Free, 300 on Pro, 1,500 on Growth, and unlimited on White Label. Limits reset each billing cycle.
Platforms & Publishing
Does Krafon post automatically without my approval?
No. You approve every post before it goes out. Even Autopilot drafts are queued for your approval — Krafon prepares the work, but you always have the final say.
How do I get help when a post fails?
Open the failed post to see the reason Krafon shows, then check your connection health, permissions, and approval status. The step-by-step fixes are in Common Errors.
AI & Content
How does the AI learn my brand voice?
Through Brand Brain and Voice Memory. You train Brand Brain with your links, past posts, tone, audience, and topics, and Krafon's AI uses that to write on-brand content. The more you feed it, the better it gets. See Brand Brain.
Why is AI generation greyed out?
AI features require a connected social account and a trained Brand Brain. Once both are in place, AI Studio, Autopilot, and Trend Radar become available. See Common Errors.
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe?
Yes. Krafon connects only through official platform APIs, stores access tokens encrypted, and keeps your data in per-workspace isolation so workspaces never see each other's data. Learn more in Security.
Team & Workspaces
Can I manage multiple brands or clients?
Yes — multiple workspaces are available on Growth and White Label, which is ideal for managing several brands or clients separately. White-label branding is available on the White Label plan. See Workspaces.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. You can invite teammates and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Implementer, Team Member, Observer). The number of seats and which features each role can use depend on your plan. See Team & Roles.
