Plans & Billing
Manage your subscription at /<workspace>/settings/plans. Krafon has four plans, and billing applies per workspace. All paid plans start with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required.

Prices are in INR and GST 18% is added at checkout. Annual billing saves roughly 2 months (~18%) versus paying monthly.
The 30-day free trial
Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. While you're on a trial, Krafon shows your trial days remaining so you always know where you stand. When the trial ends, add a payment method to keep your plan — or do nothing and the workspace drops to Free.
Upgrading or downgrading
Change plans any time from /<workspace>/settings/plans:
- Upgrade to unlock more profiles, AI posts, members, and features immediately.
- Downgrade if you need less.
Changes are prorated — you only pay the difference for the time remaining in your billing period.
Cancelling
You can cancel in one click from settings — there are no contracts.
After you cancel:
- Your scheduled posts stay live until the end of the current billing period.
- At the end of the period, the workspace drops to the Free plan (1 profile, 10 AI posts/mo, 1 user).
Cancelling doesn't delete your content. If your usage exceeds Free's limits, some paid-only features and extra profiles simply become unavailable until you upgrade again.

- Net banking
Payments are processed via Stripe internationally and Razorpay in India.

Billing FAQ
Do I need a credit card to try a paid plan? No. The 30-day free trial requires no credit card.
Is GST included in the listed price? No — GST 18% is added at checkout. The prices shown above are before GST.
How much does annual billing save? About 18%, or roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.
What happens to my scheduled posts if I cancel? They stay live until the end of your billing period. After that, the workspace moves to Free.
Can I have more than one workspace on one bill? Billing is per workspace. Multiple workspaces are available on Growth and White Label — see Workspaces.
Will my Early Adopter price ever go up? No. The "Locked for Life" guarantee keeps your price fixed while your subscription stays active.
